 2 types of TAP formats for 16/Plus4 emualtion

Minstrel's Commodore page. Check out MTAP. There is info on how to make your own 1531 adaptor to plug onto PC.

You can also sample your tapes as wav's and rename them to .tap for Minus4 and Yape to read. But it is very hard! Check out mine here for sample rate's because I can't remember how to do it Mike Dailly had all the info because he was the first to do it and sadley he never sent me a mirror of that site to upload here when he took it down. I will ask again. The samples will have to be mono, meaning you need a mono tape player. A good one is the old spectrum tape players. The hardest thing is getting the volume level right and in some cases it took me hours to get it to work. Once you get 1 to work there is a good chance other will work. Check my sampale taps here, just rename them to .wav because there are just normal wav files.
