Yeah, I already played a lot with the settings. To reduce the dithering to minimum is the 0.02 parameter looks OK, pixel-exact is the 0.000.
In fact the Jarvis dithering was the best for those cars I tried till now, and with max (30) multicolor value. I could play a lot with the setting on hue and the search method. Anyhow, it is a gret tool, and thanks for your useful comments and this fantastic tool!
It makes my work much faster, saving dozens of hours for me on each picture (I am not a superfast graphician, eg. I worked >50hours on the ball graphics you can find under my profile. There are much faster graphicians outside  ).
I believe there are so many great arts, wallpapers, etc, that it makes no real sense to start everything from the roots, anyhow I am not an artist who expresses himself in the graphics, but a graphician want to make the best graph ever
