It says Joystick or Keys, but the joy controls never did work 
Q - up
A - down
O - left
P - right
B - buy
X - use bomb
Space - pick up
F1- pause
Radiation is zapping your energy, collect the pills to stay alive.
You have to escape via the teleporter, but it can only be activated by the insertion of 16 circuits. These must be found and collected first.
Extra time can be bought with money. Once you have found a coin you can buy either life pills or bombs. Bombs will destroy parts of the maze.

Oh yeah, there are 256 locations. Has anyone ever finished it ??
