I remember I did the following method using SID musics with TED while saving a lot of CPU time:
I converted the freq table of music from SID to TED freqs in design time. And used a very simple TED converter with does nothing with freqs (coz its now precalculated). One important thing with this to work carefully with glides (relative or not, decided by the driver)...
